A refreshed version of the Kia K7 sedan has been revealed in South Korea. The K7 happens to be sold in the U.S. as the Kia Cadenza, implying this is a preview of what the 2020 Cadenza will look like.
By all accounts, this is a refresh of the current car, which was just redesigned in 2017. Sheetmetal bits appear to be unchanged, but Kia has swapped out the front fascia with one that is bolder than today’s car. The grille is considerably larger and the headlights appear to be slimmer; both elements give the Cadenza a more upscale appearance.
Where this makeover teeters beyond a normal refresh is on the inside. Kia has redesigned the dash panel with a horizontal themed layout similar to other new Kia models. The revamp is centered around two new 12.3″ screens; one in the gauge cluster and one as the infotainment display.
