Hyundai’s Kona is a great little crossover, and it’s starting to look like the Kona Electric will follow in the gas-powered vehicle’s footsteps. At the New York Auto Show, the Korean automaker announced more details about its upcoming electrified SUV.
Hyundai has already tipped its hand that it wants to offer a variety of powertrains in some of its models. The Ioniq, for example, is available in hybrid, all-electric or plug-in hybrid versions. The Tucson SUV can be had with a hydrogen fuel cell option.
